Rodent Trapping & Exclusion
Our core trade. Outdoor trapping stations checked every two weeks, aggressive indoor trapping in runways, and sealing every entry point — then a re-inspection to prove it worked.
Rats and mice live in the parts of your house you can't easily see. We get into the crawlspace, the attic, and the exterior envelope, trap them out, and seal the house so they can't get back in. Inspections are always free. Serving greater Seattle and the Bellevue area.
Employee-owned
Snappy Pest Control is owned by the people who do the work. There's no corporate office taking the profit and no commissioned salespeople — which changes how you get treated. Straight answers, careful work, and recommendations based on what your house actually needs.
What we do
Rats and mice living in the parts of your house you can't easily see. We find out how they're getting in, trap them out, clean up what they left behind, and seal the house so they can't get back in.
Our core trade. Outdoor trapping stations checked every two weeks, aggressive indoor trapping in runways, and sealing every entry point — then a re-inspection to prove it worked.
The damage gets fixed at the source: contaminated insulation out, vapor barrier and entry points sealed, insulation restored to code. A full clean-out includes trapping and the scent barrier.
A licensed home inspector inspects your crawlspace, attic, and exterior envelope at no charge. This is a pest inspection, not a home inspection — but he reads rodent evidence properly, including old damage from infestations long gone, and if he notices something that isn't pest related he'll tell you.

A monthly essential-oil repellent barrier sprayed around your property. No traps — the lighter-touch way to keep rodents uninterested.
Runs and mounds tearing up the lawn? Mole eradication with a one-year promise: see new mounds and we come back, up to three visits included.
Why we're called Snappy
Snappy isn't about rushing — it's about being right-sized. The industry standard is to stack a technician's route until the day barely fits, because the margin comes from working people harder. As an employee-owned company there's no absentee owner extracting that profit, so we staff to the work instead of stretching the crew to cover it. What that buys you: a technician who arrives when we said they would — and still has time to do the crawlspace properly.
Our technicians run about ten stops a day, not the fifteen-plus that's standard in this trade. Nobody is sprinting between jobs or cutting a crawlspace short to make the next appointment.
Because routes aren't overloaded, we return to your stations more often than the industry norm. More frequent checks mean a problem gets caught early, instead of after it has grown.
We keep the crew big enough that customers aren't told to wait weeks for a callback. Prompt service isn't luck — it's a staffing decision, and it's one an employee-owned company can make willingly.
Most companies make you choose between fast and done right. We built this company so you get both, because no one here is paid by the job.
How it works
A licensed home inspector gets into the crawlspace and the attic and walks the exterior envelope. Rats and mice leave a trail — droppings, runways, gnaw marks, entry gaps — and an inspector's trained eye reads all of it, including damage from infestations that are long gone.
Roof leak, plumbing issue, structural damage? We refer you to the right trade and we don't take a cut. Once their work is done, we seal up our exclusion work.
If there's rodent activity in the crawlspace or attic, we trap hard, remove the contamination, and seal every entry point with rodent-proof materials. Trapping and the essential-oil scent barrier are included with a full clean-out. You get a written plan before anything starts.
We return, re-inspect the space, and confirm the rodents are gone and the work is holding. Re-inspecting our own trapping and exclusion is built into the service, not an upsell.
Where we work
Our crews cover the north end of Seattle up through Snohomish County, and across the water to Bellevue and the Eastside.
Not sure if you're in range? Ask us — if we can't help, we'll tell you who can.
We get in the crawlspace and the attic, show you everything we find, and tell you straight whether it's a job for us, a job for someone else, or something you can fix yourself in ten minutes. You'll know by the end of the visit.
